This website is provided for general information about Sonath and our services. While we take care to keep it accurate, we make no guarantee that every detail is complete or current, and content on this site does not constitute a binding offer or contract.
Any actual project work is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal specific to that engagement, covering scope, payment terms, and delivery timelines. Nothing on this website should be read as a substitute for that agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in a project contract, ownership of custom work delivered to a client transfers to that client upon full payment. Sonath retains the right to reuse general knowledge, techniques, and non-confidential components developed during an engagement in future work.
We treat information shared with us about your business as confidential, and are open to signing a mutual non-disclosure agreement before detailed discovery work begins, if that's useful to you.
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Sonath is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability relating to actual project work is addressed in the relevant project agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute arising from use of this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, unless a separate project agreement specifies otherwise.
